Turn your largest regular business expense—payroll—into a points-earning opportunity. Pay employee salaries and wages using your credit card or Pay-by-Bank and earn points & rewards as you go.
Get StartedPaying employees with your credit card can improve cash flow by giving you extra days before the funds leave your account. At the same time, you earn valuable credit card reward points on every payment, AND you can choose to earn airline and hotel partner points on top.
If you employ 5 staff members earning $7,000 per month, that’s a total payroll cost of $35,000 per month or $420,000 per year.
By paying payroll via RewardPay using an eligible Visa or Mastercard, earning 2 reward points per $1, you could accumulate up to 840,000 reward points annually—simply by paying salaries your business already needs to pay. That’s enough for 2 business class return flights to Europe.

Every dollar you spend on payroll is a dollar that could be earning rewards points. Instead of paying wages directly from your bank account and getting nothing back, using a credit card through RewardPay turns payroll into points that can be redeemed for flights, hotel stays, gift cards and more. For a business paying $200,000+ a year in payroll and other expenses, this could mean earning enough points for a couple of return business‑class flights — value that would otherwise be left on the table.
Credit cards provide a crucial buffer between when your bills are due and when you actually need to settle the payment. With up to 55 days interest-free (depending on your card's billing cycle), you can pay your everyday business payments while keeping your business or personal cash available for urgent expenses, taking advantage of investment opportunities, or waiting for customer invoices to be paid. This short-term financing is provided at no interest cost, unlike a traditional business loan or overdraft facility.
Go beyond your credit card rewards. With RewardPay, you can top up your Partner Points on every business payment you make. Choose to earn extra Qantas Points, Velocity Points, or ALL Accor Points—exactly when you need them—to secure a business or first‑class flight, or a luxury hotel stay for yourself, your family, or your team. You’re not limited to just one rewards partner. With RewardPay, you can boost points across all three programs with every eligible payment and truly maximise your rewards.
Typically 1.25%–2.10% depending on card type
