| Pay-by-Bank lets you pay your suppliers using your Australian bank account while still earning Qantas Points. You transfer the payment amount (plus RewardPay’s fee) to RewardPay via bank transfer (BSB + account number) or PayID using a unique reference for each order. RewardPay then pays your supplier directly into their bank account. You must use an Australian bank account – payments from overseas accounts will be refunded. |
| Activating Pay-by-Bank requires three steps: (1) Verify your identity using a driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate or other accepted document; (2) Join Qantas Business Rewards (free) and link your account via the RewardPay portal; (3) Verify ownership of your business bank account. Once all three steps are complete, Pay-by-Bank will be available as a payment method in your portal. |
