Pay-by-Bank lets you fund payments directly from your Australian bank account via bank transfer (BSB + account number) or PayID. Pre-paid and debit cards are not accepted. All card details are securely encrypted and stored in your RewardPay wallet. |
| Yes. You can store multiple credit cards in your RewardPay wallet and choose which card to use each time you make a payment. To add a card, log in to your RewardPay account, select Wallet from the left-hand menu, and click Add Card. Only the Account Owner can add or manage payment cards. |
| Yes, for Amex payments. RewardPay offers three tiers – Free (no platform fee), Silver ($79/month) and Gold ($159/month). Amex transaction rates (ex GST) are lowest on the Gold tier, starting from 1.90% for payments up to $100k, down to 1.65% for payments over $2M. Visa and Mastercard payments are a flat 1.25% (ex GST) across all tiers. Bank payments start from 0.50% (ex GST) across all tiers.
